Hi! I’m Michelle

I am a therapist, life coach, and mental health advocate who promotes authenticity, realness, and connection helping others, just like you, author new eras for all things relationships (with self, others, and career) - golden eras.

We experience pain and confusion in life uncertain of what to do or if we can get through it. With a willingness to explore the discomfort and support to help navigate it, where you are now can transform into a launchpad for your dreams to become reality.

  • Trauma can be paralyzing; you may be feeling unsure of how to handle the effects you're experiencing. With a holistic approach attuning to your body, mind, and soul, you can process through the trauma and unburden yourself from it.

  • Anxiety is a normal aspect of living day-to-day, it’s part of what helps us out of bed in the morning and drives our survival. But, it is also capable of overtaking our daily routines and can become difficult to cope with alone. What you are experiencing is uncomfortable and weighs on you accomplishing simple tasks; I’m here to share that it doesn’t have to stay this way. You can learn to shed the anxiousness and step into a you that feels good.

  • As a Complex PTSD survivor myself, I understand the weight you are carrying around and having someone to walk by my side while I navigated and untangled what was within me helped me unload and recognize what I was carrying did not have eto be mine anymore.

  • You may find yourself questioning if others like you or that you are making the right decision at the expense of what you want or need. As a recovered people-please, learning boundaries and healing those parts that use this method as protection does not mean you have shed your kindness or care for others. Instead, it means that by learning to truly take care of yourself before others leads to being a more whole you better capacity to genuinely show up for others.
