Online therapy is convenient and easy to use. Sessions are conducted via phone or video through a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
Online therapy requires counseling clients to be physically present in Colorado.
$160/50-minute session
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
First sessions are used to take the time to better understand what is bringing you to therapy, who you are, the things that have shaped you, and where you'd like therapy to take you.
This varies for each individual. Therapy here is individualized and unique to the person. Each of person comes in with different goals, desires, and struggles; in sessions, we actively work on set goals with various tools and strategies. We will check in on your progress as we go to discuss continued care.
