My approach is holistic, combining trauma-informed therapy, somatic healing, and deep emotional regulation techniques that bring lasting change, not just temporary relief.
But here’s the truth: I didn’t always feel this confident in my work.
Like many of you, I’ve faced my own personal struggles—experiencing the weight of emotional immaturity, toxic family dynamics, and the pressure to please everyone around me. I’ve been through the darkness, and I know what it’s like to feel stuck, disconnected, and uncertain about how to heal. But it was through facing that darkness head-on that I unlocked my own golden era.
Now, I help others do the same—by turning trauma into wisdom, emotional wounds into resilience, and family pain into generational healing. My work isn’t just about surviving—it’s about truly thriving.
